Admission & Evaluation

The schools admit boys and girls between the age of 3+ to 16, irrespective of the caste, creed or socio-economic status of their parents.

  • Admission upto class U.K.G is based on child's performance in the interview whereas for class I to IX admission would be done through entrance test.
  • The name of the student, date of birth, father's name, mother's name will not be changed once filled in the form.
  • Guardians of the candidates selected for admission are required to present a photocopy of the report card of the previous class and Transfer Certificate from the school last attended at the time of admission within 30 days which will be considered provisional, thereafter, the admission will be treated as 'Cancelled'. Those coming from other districts should have their T. C. countersigned by a competent Educational Authority of the place. Birth certificate in original from Nagar Mahapalika/Maternity Hospital would be required for the admission in pre-primary classes.

Pupil Evaluation and Progress Reports

In keeping with the recommendation of National Policy of Education and National Curriculum Frame work-2005, the schools have integrated 'Evaluation' with the over all teaching-learning process. The child's progress in scholastic & non-scholastic area is reported to

Pre-Primary

At pre-primary stage evaluation of students is done on a three point scale of grading. At pre-primary stage assessment is purely qualitative judgement of children's activities in various domains and an assessment of the health and physical development, based on observation through everyday interaction.

Classes I To VIII

The school shall implement uniform system of assessment, examination pattern for classes I to VIII. The assessment structure and examination for these classes will comprise of two terms i.e. Term-I and Term-II.

Term-I is the first half of the session which will be of 100 marks in which 20 marks periodic assessment and 80 marks of Half Yearly Examination. Periodic assessment will comprise of 10 marks of periodic test, 5 marks for notebook submission and written work for the term at the end of it and remaining 5 marks for subject enrichment activity.

Term-II is the second half of the session which will be of 100 marks in which 20 marks for periodic assessment and 80 marks of yearly examination. Periodic Assessment will be same as in

Term-I. However, in annual examination of classes VI to VIII, significant topics of first term in each subject will be included along with second term syllabus. The annual progress report is given after the compilation of Term-I & Term-II result.

Classes IX

Evaluation of student is done as per the CBSE guidelines and directives.

School's academic session is from April to March.

Class Nursery- IV : 8:30 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.

Class V-X : 7:05 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.

General Rules

  • Check your child's school diary every day. Teacher's remarks should be noted and signed.
  • Enquire about your child's progress at least once in a month.
  • Students should complete the home work regularly.
  • Parents should encourage their children to take part in all extracurricular activities
  • Parents should send their children in the specified school uniform and on time.
  • Parents are equally responsible for the safe passage of the child to and from the school.
  • Use of foul language is forbidden inside the school campus. Any student found using such language will be sent home or kept under suspension.
  • Permission should be sought at the office enquiry to meet a student or Teachers for a genuine reason.
  • Parents should strictly avoid taking their children away from school during school hours for flimsy reasons.
  • Parents should encourage their children to be present on the reopening day of each term and participate in all school functions.
  • A letter seeking permission from parent is necessary to avail leave.
  • Disrespect to teachers, school authorities and school properties should be avoided.
  • Parents are requested to maintain a separate file / diary for their wards for academic follow – up.
  • Parents '/ Guardians 'are requested to respond to the calls from the school positively (if called).
  • Parents' co-operation and involvement are mandatory for the discipline and academic progress of their wards.
  • Parents are requested to return any object the child brings from the school that does not belong to him / her.
  • School will not accept any payment or fee through cheque.

Rules For Discipline

  • Every student must carry his/her diary and identity card to school each day.
  • All students should come to the school regularly and punctually.
  • No child will be allowed to leave the school premises once he/she has come to school. In case any student requires to leave the school premises during the school hours, the parents are requested to submit an application to the principal.
  • In case of an emergency, parents will be informed and they will have to report to the principal.
  • Application for leave should be entered in the diary itself.
  • Students should come to the school in prescribed neat and well ironed uniform.
  • They will bring the books to the school according to the time table of the day.
  • The student should do the home work given in each subject regularly. Guardians are requested to sign the diary daily after checking it.
  • No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on walls. Recovery for any damage will be made from the student concerned.
  • Students should bring only Text Books or Library books. (No other reading material)
  • Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is prohibited.
  • The school provides all the necessary material/equipments for sport activity during the games period. Students are not allowed to bring their own balls, bats, etc to school.
  • They will actively participate in all games, sports, athletics, cultural and literary activities.
  • The school reserves the right to suspend a student if his/her conduct is found to be unsatisfactory.
  • No student shall indulge in any of the following practices:
    1. Spitting in the school.
    2. Disfiguring or damaging school's property.
    3. Rude behaviour and use of abusive language.
    4. Violation of school's rule and regulation in any form.

For Monday & Tuesday

For Wednesday & Thursday

For Friday & Saturday

The colour of the uniform will be in the shade approved by the school (white pant or house t-shirts ) with white shoes, tie and belt whereas.

On Saturday
